We work with our clients on a monthly basis providing them with a profit and loss account (which looks more like a cash flow) that enables them to see their gross profit, net profit, profit margins and breakeven points.  I sit with them and discuss the best way to move their business forward, we can manipulate the spread sheet to show what running a certain marketing campaign would do to their profit, what taking on a new employee would do to their profit etc.  We discuss many things including expenditure, savings, marketing strategies, which social media platforms work for them and which of their staff are performing well.
